Updated Bylaws
During our April 22, 2017 annual meeting , members in attendance voted to amend the bylaws to include amendments 9 through 17. These changes were mainly to cleanup language that wasn’t stricken during the April 20, 2013 changes, grammar issues, spelling, and the like. However, there were a few additions regarding officer duties, executive committee quorum, and a code of conduct.
